This policy explains how Energon Group SA (Pty) Ltd ("Energon Group", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect the details you enter:

• your name, company, email address and phone number;
• the products you are interested in, your project type and your message.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

3. Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide the products and services you ask for. We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and receive your enquiry:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website;
• FormSubmit — forwards contact form submissions to our email;
• Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this website.

Some of these providers may process information outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection, as required by section 72 of POPIA.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship, and as required by law. After that we delete them.

6. Security

This website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

7. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. You may also object to us processing it. To do so, email pearl@energonsouthafrica.com.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
